I believe Morgan-Stanley also has an index that is available to their customers. For those of us that aren't part of that elite club, we have to do it the old fashion way and research the companies and spread the eggs around in multiple baskets.
So is there an etf or something that is simple to invest in to short non-profitable tech companies?
